石倉洋子さんの新書、「グローバルキャリア（ユニークな自分の見つけ方）」という本を読み終え、CreativityやInnovation研究で有名なKen Robinson氏が昨年のTED Conferenceで語った冒頭の言葉を思い出しました。
いつも通りスーパー意訳しますと「個人の才能（人的資源）は天然資源と同様、深い所に埋まっている。浅い所にはないので探しにいかなければならない。（だからこそ）こうした才能が自然と浮かびあがってくる環境を作ってあげないといけない」と。

シルク・ドュ・ソレイユ。過去世界３７カ国で20種類ものエンターテインメントショーを公演。
サーカスをベースにするも、動物は一切を使わず、ダンス、演劇、オペラなどを組み合わせ、大変幻想的でクリエイティブなショーを展開しています。
私はDVDでしかみたことがありませんが、「これ、ライブで見たら不思議な世界に引き込まれ、ワクワクし通しだろうな〜」と年内にはどこかで見に行こうと画策中。ちょうど10年前にラスベガスでやっていた”O（オー）”というシルクのショーを予約するも運悪くダブルブッキングにあい、見れなかったのが今でも悔やまれます。
