5/19(土）にPechakucha nightというイベントを行いました。pechakuchaとは20枚のビジュアルスライドを20秒自動送りで行うプレゼンスタイルで2003年に東京に住む外国人建築家が建築家同士仕事を見せ合う交流イベントとして実施。その方法がユニークでクリエイティブということで瞬く間に世界中に広まりました。
昨年、友人の石倉洋子さんがこのpechakucha styleをイベントに取り入れているのを見て、「これは面白い！」と現在年に2回行っているGlobal Communication Seminarに取り入れています。

溢れんばかりの才気

友人で音楽家の永井千佳さんが昨年書いたブログ記事「薄幸な運命が天才を開花させる」を読んで以来、天才チェリストで若くして亡くなられたジャクリーヌ・デュ・プレ氏にすっかりと魅了されています。最近ではセミナーや講演を行う前に必ず永井さんがその記事内で埋め込んだデュ・プレ氏のライブ演奏を聞いて心を落ち着かせています。
私は中学時代、音楽の成績はずっと２でしたので１だった美術よりは少なくとも倍の才能があります（笑）。ですから今回は自信を持って音楽について熱く語りたいと思います。
